COO/CTO

Technology-Enabled
Transformation &
Operating Executive

I connect product and technology leadership with the operating decisions that shape company performance: how teams are organized, how work is delivered, and where capital and effort go.

My career spans venture building, global product leadership, and company-wide operations. Today, as COO/CTO at Aletheia, I work through senior leaders to bring delivery, technology, and business economics into closer alignment.

Where I contribute

Improving operating performance

When delivery effort, commercial commitments, and financial results do not align, I establish a clearer economic baseline and use it to guide capacity, scope, staffing, and financial controls. The goal is an operating model that supports both customer commitments and a sustainable business.

Connecting technology to business priorities

I bring product judgment and engineering depth to decisions about what to build, where to invest, and how to execute. That includes developing new platforms, connecting legacy infrastructure, and using data and automation to improve how work gets done.

Leading execution through people

Transformation depends on leaders who understand the priorities and can act on them. I work through senior functional leaders, connecting decision authority, resource choices, and accountability so the organization can carry the work forward.

Selected experience

Enterprise operations

Aletheia

My remit expanded from Product to full technical ownership and then COO/CTO. I have redesigned delivery economics, billing controls, forecasting, and product attribution, giving leaders a stronger basis for operating decisions.

Global product leadership

Rakuten

As Head of Product Management for Rakuten Link, my scope included functional leadership of 22 Product Managers in a matrix organization, with Directors and Senior Directors leading teams. I led platform strategy and delivery and worked with executive leadership on investment priorities.

Venture building

Acorns

through Fabric Interactive

As Acorns’ original technical architect, I designed and developed its foundational money-flow and transfer system. The work was part of a broader career leading teams from venture concepts to working products.

How I lead
transformation

I start by understanding how the business actually works: the customer commitments, the effort required to deliver them, and the information leaders use to make decisions. Where that information is incomplete, I build the systems needed to establish a credible baseline.

I then work with leaders to translate that understanding into choices about people, priorities, products, and resources. The work continues through implementation: clear ownership, useful controls, and a management cadence that helps teams sustain the change.
